This is a staple of Thai cooking. Adjust the spices to your own tastes for a really great use for leftover rice!! Thai basil has a different flavor than that of regular basil and makes all the difference in this recipe. It is fast and fairly easy to make, but requires constant stirring.

This is a Dominican version of fried chicken with added flavors. You'll fall in love with this recipe. You can serve it with Spanish white rice or you can serve it fried plantains (tostones).

This stir-fry dish is both spicy and aromatic. Add more curry paste if you dare. Substitute shrimp or scallops for a change.
