I made this cake yesterday and it is so good,but I did make a mess with the frosting.The recipe called for me to
bring to a boil the butter,milk and cocoa,well I did this,I took it off the stove to whip in the conf. sugar and it wanted to get lumppy so I put it back on the stove so I could warm it again and it worked at getting the lumps desolved but the icing is more like fudge now.I should have had it in a bigger pan for whisking and used a sifter to slowly had the conf.sugar.
I will do this recipe again.Thanks
