My husband LOVES this dish.. I use flour tortillas instead of corn though - I personally think it tastes much better :)

This was a great recipe starter for what i was aiming for. I too changed it up a bit using about twice the beef. I also eliminated the cottage cheese. Toward the end of baking I added more cheese & crumbled tortilla chips on top. We topped it when serving each plate with choices of sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, guacamole & fresh chopped Jalepenos. Everyone in the family loved it!

Very good! I used one pound ground beef and added some refried beans and doubled the corn tortillas.

I made this for dinner and doubled everything- turned out awesome! Had a great taste- I will make this again! My grandfather doesn't really like lasagna but when he tried it he really liked it.

Very easy and turned out great. We will be adding it to our rotation as an alternative to tacos, which we eat often!

This was an easy meal to prepare but the recipe needed some tweaking. As stated in other reviews, the quantities were a bit off and I had to add more of everything except the meat. The flavor is also a little bland if regular tomato sauce is used instead of enchilada sauce(as suggested in other reviews).

This was a great meal, and easy. I did use more than 6 corn tortillas to fill up the empty spots. I definitely will make this again.

This is a good recipe and I used cooked chicken, I also used enchilada sauce instead of tomato sauce made from a recipe on her called 10 minute enchilada sauce. I also used sour cream instead of cottage.

I found that the meat sauce didn't make enough nor was just one 16 oz of cottage cheese enough for a large pan. I think it would have probably fit better in an 8x8 pan as I was spread pretty thin. I think it would be better as a chip dip, just kinda runny for me. The flavor was very good though, just needs a little tweaking in my opinion!
