OMG! These were amazing! I have celiacs so I substituted ground up gluten free (Shar brand) bread... 6 slices was way too much for what was needed, but these were SO moist and delicious. I paired them with gluten free linguini, a garlic cream sauce, and broccoli :)

These were just okay. I didn't have any ginger but other than that I made them as written. I think what's really missing is a good sauce to simmer them in after baking. They do have potential but, as is, something is missing.

These are absolutely delicious and a great way to use ground turkey. My husband and I are doing a very intense workout program so we are eating very lean these days but I hate to compromise good flavor. We'll be making these again and I will be sharing this recipe with my friends and family! Oh and I didn't have any Roman Meal bread so I had to use Panko bread crumbs. Thank you for sharing!

Tasty. I used panko crumbs because that is what I had on hand. I didn't skewer these with pineapple. I served them with stir fried bok choy, napa cabbage and snow peas on top of some asian noodles.. with teriyaki sauce on top

This was the closest thing I could find to Teriyaki Burgers using turkey instead of ground beef. So I used this recipe and OMG! I am so glad I did! I followed everything exactly, used maruchan (hot chili sauce, it gave it a nice underlying heat without the factor of burn) and served on a whole wheat bun with a little light mayo & lettuce. Ate this with freshly sliced pineapple. Delish to the max! Thanks for the recipe! Can't wait to try them as an appetizer!

Yum! I used 2 eggs to make the meatballs more moist. Also omitted the ginger. Great recipe!

It was very easy to make. I actually omitted some of the ingredients, but it was really good.

Awesome and easy. I buy a lot of ground turkey and run out ideas of what to do. I used red onions and did not have ginger but was just as impressed. My breadcrumbs did not crisp on the side but that was my fault for not letting them dry all the way after toasting them. Great recipe!
