My boyfriend went from turning his nose up to albacore tuna...to enjoying it in this tasty marinade! I would've liked a bit more flavor...perhaps let it marinate longer than an hour. Maybe use fresh ginger next time too, to pack more punch. Overall though, this is a flavorful and delicious recipe!

This recipe was good. I wasn't able to grill it so I broiled it as another reviewer recommended. However, they said they broiled 8 minutes each side and I would NOT do this, as ours was over cooked. Maybe 5 minutes each side. Thanks for sharing!

Tuna came out awesome, the sauce was not very strong though, would like the flavor to come through a bit more, I did not add the garlic because of allergy issues which could be part of the reason, grilled it on a cedar plank, wonderful, we will be making it again

This recipe was awesome! I used Tilapia, because Publix didn't have Tuna. Made it to the recipe, but here's my trick; with the extra 1/3 cup of marinade, I have a little baby sized cast iron skillet. I basted the fish with what was left in the bag, and put the extra in my skillet on the top burner of the grill. Simmered it for 5-10 minutes before serving, and used it as a glaze over the fish. Oh my! This made it sinfully good, to the point I couldn' stop going back for more!

This was a solid recipe and made a beautiful presentation. My husband isn't a fan of tuna and I was hoping this recipe would turn that around. Well...it didn't, but you can't please everybody! The rest of my family loved it. We served it with rice and a wilted spinach salad. I used a bit of the marinade in a hot pan and then tossed the spinach in it. Yum. Thanks for the recipe. We will try it again with a different fish.

I've made this recipe a few times for my husband and I and we both LOVE it! I use less brown sugar than the recipe calls for and a bit extra pineapple juice for our low carb diet...but the recipe is great as is if that isn't a concern for you.
