Excellent recipe. Th marinade really brings out a lot of the natural flavor of the tuna, and all the juices come out perfectly on the grill.

This recipe was pretty good. Not outstanding, but we'll probably make it again. Great last minute recipe as it uses only common ingredients. Thanks!

loved this. I didn't have garlic so I used 1/4 cup olive oil & 1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil. This was great and would do it this way again. I also did not have pineapple juice so used tropical fruit juice instead. Wonderful flavor. My husband doesn't care much for cooked fish. He loved this and asked me to make it more often, tyvm for the recipe

This was a really good recipe. I followed the recipe, except I didn't have pineapple juice, so I used blood-orange juice instead. I marinated my tuna steaks for just over an hour. I don't have a grill, so I pan seared them for about one minute on each side. Then I baked them in the oven for about 20 minutes, in the leftover marinade. It was good, but I wished the flavor of the teriyaki was stronger. Maybe it was because of how I had to cook them. Still, a big hit for dinner!

This is GREAT! A good restaurant quality dish. Nice flavors to compliment to this "meaty" fish. Served with rice and stir fried veggies - topped with some of the remaining juices. Yum!

Tried this recipe last night and loved it! I followed the recipe using the white wine vinegar. Turned out perfect. I will always turn to this marinade when making grilled tuna! Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely amazing. My brother, who doesn't like fish and never asks for seconds, asked to split a second piece with me. This will definitely be a favorite for my family.

This is awesome!! We all were raving about it, and even my 4 and 6 1/2 year olds LOVED it! I didn't have pineapple juice, and we added about 1 tsp of wasabi (which I think was a good move - it gave it some extra spunk). Also, instead of grilling, we pan-seared then baked it, and it was amazingly good. Not one complaint out of us!

This was really good. I've never cooked tuna steaks before but this worked very well and was really tasty. It was a little dry so I think we overcooked them a little bit so will not grill quite so long next time.

Sauce is amazing, but need a small pan or more sauce for broiling to prevent burning. (Or line the pan with fresh pineapple?)

I used this recipe as a guideline and made on of the best meals I've made in a long time! I marinated the tuna steaks for several hours in some orange juice, soy sauce, liquid smoke, seasame oil, cracked pepper, garlic and fresh ginger. Then I broiled the steaks in the oven on a cedar plank to about medium. I served the fish with pineapple and julienned carrots cooked with garlic, ginger, tamari, and sesame seeds. Definitely entertaining worthy.
