Made this tonight for supper and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The only thing I changed is that I added 2 tsps. of garlic powder to the marinade. I only marinated it for 2-1/2 hours and it was still friggin amazing! Thanks Tara for posting this easy and yummy recipe! :)

I used this marinate on porkchops and it was fantastic. I did add some minced garlic to it as suggested by others. I was only able to marinate for an hour beforehand but it still had great flavor. Thanks for sharing! My family loved it.

Wow! This is absolutely fantastic, and so simple! I added a bit of garlic salt and it was perfect. I doubled it as my tenderloin was just over 2 pounds. My picky 5 and 7 year olds loved it as well.

Wonderfully simple! I marinated the pork overnight. I was a little worried the meat would be too strong, but it was perfect. The pork tenderloin was so juicy. The leftovers were even great heated up in a microwave the next day.

I marinated some pork medallions in 1/2 of the sauce, which I did add garlic to. Then I added 1/4 C of brown sugar to the other half of the marinade, simmered it down until it thickened, added it to the cooked pork with some stir-fried veggies and served over rice. Really, really tasty!

Great-tasting, although I think it does need some garlic or fresh ginger to give it more zing. My little ones loved it as is. I served this with some dumpling squash, roasted with maple syrup, butter and cinnamon; and a skillet broccoli dish with garlic, parmesan and a little red pepper -- it's easy to get stronger flavors from your side dishes if you are serving this to grownups!

I'll confess that I haven't actually tried this recipe with a pork tenderloin yet... I have however made it with chicken and salmon, and LOVED it. I added 1 clove crushed garlic to it for a little extra flavor and wow! So good and so easy. My boyfriend likes sauce to put on his rice, so I usually take the base marinade recipe and add an additional 1/4 cup sugar, bring it to a boil over medium heat on the stove. Let it boil for several minutes stirring constantly until it reaches the desired thickness. Yum, yum, yum!

This was quick, simple and tasted delicious! I only marinated for the time it took the oven to warm up(about 20-30 minutes) but the pork still soaked in all the flavours and this was so tender! Even cut up the leftovers a few days later and it was still super tender! Will use this recipe over and over again!
