Savory mix for potatoes! I've never made a recipe like this in the microwave, and thought they might turn out soggy/mushy, but worked out fine! I did put them in the oven to bake and crisp up a bit for about 5-10 minutes... Excellent busy night side!!

I was surprised at how well these turned out being cooked in the microwave!!!! Not as good as the real thing, roasted potatoes in the oven, but just as good when it's 100+ degrees out and you don't want to crank the oven up!

pretty good - i used onion salt and garlic powder, because that's what i had, and a couple dashes of sriracha because i got tired of looking for the cayenne.

A surprisingly tasty dish and so so easy to put together. I was very unsure about this so I made enough for myself to try before serving it to others later in the week. I was very pleasantly surprised! I do recommend using garlic powder rather than garlic salt, and using either teriyaki sauce or soy sauce...the recipe as written struck me as being a bit too salty so I made those changes but otherwise stuck with the recipe as written. This is a lovely and different side dish, I'd recommend it!

I added some minced garlic and minced onions and used russet potatoes. I found the potatoes to be rather bland...maybe it was because I didn't use red potatoes.

This caught my attention tonight when I was preparing Sticky chicken for dinner. This uses some of the same ingredients (soy sauce, garlic), so I thought it would go nicely. And I was right. I did up the spices a little based on previous reviews, and we even used a little of the leftover sauce from the chicken on the potatoes as well. Could not be easier to make and it cooks very quickly in the microwave. I will use this recipe often - THANKS!!

It doesn't get any easier than this. These were a nice side to go along with my Asian meal.

I thought these were decent and definitely easy to make by using the microwave. But, I thought they lacked a little in flavor. I used soy sauce and I think next time I may double all of the seasonings and see if that makes a difference.

I used yellow-flesh potatoes because that's what I had on hand. This was very easy to make (awesome), but it wasn't as flavourful as I thought it would be (I'm thinking that red potatoes would probably soak up the flavours a bit better?). That being said, the leftovers (eaten next day) were very yummy and much tastier!
