Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Haiku: "Oh so tender pork. I love your juicy texture. Marinade was 'eh.'" I used a 1.5 lb. tenderloin and the same measurements for the marinade. Baked 375 deg. for 40 min., then kicked it to broil for a few min. so that the top of the tenderloin, as well as the red potato hunks that were nestled around it, would get a nice, crispy exterior. The tenderloin was perfection, as far as done-ness (no knife required!), but it was just barely lacking in the flavor force that I would've expected out of this marinade. It's not to say that I won't make it again - I just may triple the marinade instead.
