My family loved this recipe!! I added zuchinni and seasoned the vegetables all with season salt while the were grilling. This is one of the first times I heard my kids say "Mom, I even like the zuchinni it tastes great! I closed the grill and my tomatoes got over done. Next time I will have to remember to leave it open.

We marinated overnight and the steak was nice and tender. I needed to double the marinade in order to have enough to baste with. I didn't have seasoned salt so I used some Emeril cajun seasoning. I would like to try it again using the seasoned salt.

I am so happy that it is Spring, we have barbecued every night. We did kabobs tonight and this marinade is yummy. It's so easy too, ingredients everybody has. I love when my husband praises my cooking, and tonight he kept saying how good it was. Love it!!! We will be using it again!!!!

I used this to make my first batch EVER of kabobs and they turned out fantastic! My family absolutely loved them! I used lower sodium soy sauce, cut the seasoned salt in half and used Splenda brown sugar because of my families health needs. They still turned out great!
