I am so happy that it is Spring, we have barbecued every night. We did kabobs tonight and this marinade is yummy. It's so easy too, ingredients everybody has. I love when my husband praises my cooking, and tonight he kept saying how good it was. Love it!!! We will be using it again!!!!

I used this to make my first batch EVER of kabobs and they turned out fantastic! My family absolutely loved them! I used lower sodium soy sauce, cut the seasoned salt in half and used Splenda brown sugar because of my families health needs. They still turned out great!

I omitted the seasoned salt because soy sauce has a high sodium content. I also used fresh ginger since I had some on hand. The results were wonderful and my family truly enjoyed this treat. We had as much fun making these as we did eating them.
