Vodka Cocktail Sauce

Submitted by: GIFUOH
A great, quick, and easy cocktail sauce for shrimp. Also works well on clams, lobster, and other shellfish. The vodka adds an extra kick, but is not overpowering sauce. The fresh tomatoes add a more natural taste to the cocktail sauce.

Peaches and Tequila Sunrise Sauce

Peach preserves, orange juice and apple cider vinegar are the foundation for this tasty marinade and sauce. This is a marinade I came up with that I use mostly on pork tenderloin, but is good on steaks, chicken and fish as well.
