Great recipe for breakfast or dinner! I had it with chili and it was great. I usually change or adjust recipe's from this site and even went into it thinking of different things I could do with this one, but in the end, I kept it as is and was glad I did.

Well, this was a buttery bit of goodness! I think I used a few Tbsp. more than 3, but I sure don't regret it! These are best eaten while they are still warm- they get pretty chewy once they are completely cooled.

This is a wonderful recipe. I wanted something quick and easy to make to serve with the Black Bean Soup that I was having for dinner. Definately a keeper!!
