I added a lot more seasoning, baked on a wire rack, and pounded the chicken thin, overall this was very good and fast.

Excellent! I flipped mine over half way through cooking so they were nicely browned on both sides. Also helps to pound the breast out, especially if they're large so they cook more evenly and are tender. I also sprinkled the breasts with a seasoning blend before breading. This ones a keeper!

Chicken turned out both moist and tender. I thought the mayo left a distinct taste - have prepared a very similar recipe using butter in place of the mayo and a bit of lemon juice which I liked much better.

This is our go-to chicken recipe. I don't dip the chicken, I just spread the mayo mixo on top and sprinkle with the bread crumbs. So juicy and delicious!

I really enjoyed this. Very moist and flavorful. It is also great as a breading for fish, When I did the fish though, I used an egg to coat instead of mayo. Still fabulous.

Wow! I really think the secret is the mayo. Moist is the keyword (and no brining)! I also used the cookie rack. Any flavors can be added to the crumbs, but the timing and temp were perfect. Thank you for the only way I'll bake breasts from now on.

My family gave this 4 1/2 stars. It is very good and easy. The only thing I did differently was bake for 35-40 minutes and grease my baking dish. This is a keeper!

GREAT breading! Definitely use tenderloin cuts, though, or pound with a meat mallet. It's been with thin cuts of chicken.

My husband and son-in-law thoroughly enjoyed this dish. My husband said it tasted like fried chicken, but only better. Will definitely put this recipe with my keepers!

I have made this recipe several times now, and each time it turned out great! The only change I made was to add some Italian seasoning to the mayo/cheese mixture. Every one in my family loves this, including my very picky 12 year old! This is now in my recipe box listed as a favourite!

Good flavor and moist. I misread the directions and mixed the coating into the mayo. It was kind of a paste on the outside of the chicken. It was very good despite my mistake. It is hard to screw this up. Very simple and easy.

I wish I would have found this recipe sooner. Great flavor, quick and easy to make. I did follow another's advice and I seasoned the mayo mix with some basil, oregano, and thyme, I know my wife likes food to be flavorful so I had to add these ingredients. Chicken comes out tender and delicious.

This is a GREAT recipe! I have made this dish twice and both times it was awesome. I followed the recipe to the letter. (not that hard considering the amount of ingredients) Wonderful and quick.

Easy and actually stayed quite moist for baked chicken. I was skeptical about the mayo, but like others said, I couldn't taste it. I used lite mayo and added thyme, oregano, and Italian seasoning. I didn't have Italian bread crumbs, so I used garlic and herb. One problem I had was the crust sticking to the pan. Other than that, it was great, and my husband enjoyed it very much. Thanks for the recipe! I'm sure I'll make it again.
