This was soooooo good. I didn't make any changes. I would suggest adding some lemon juice when done. It tasted great!

If you want tender and moist chicken, this is the recipe for you. All I can say it "it melts in your mouth" and we loved the flavor of the chicken.

LOVE IT!!! It's my new favorite chicken recipe. I don't make a lot of chicken because I often find chicken dishes to be slightly bland... but this ones great. Moist and tender and full of flavor. It's also REALLY EASY! Love it!

This was a delicious chicken recipe! The mayo mixture helps to keep the chicken moist during the cooking process. I make this for my family quite often, and they always love it! I reccomend this chicken to anyone, plus it's very quick and easy to make!

So yummy! There wasn't even a crumb left over. I would have given this 5 stars but I added additional spices to the mayo mixtures....thyme, rosemary, oregano, and dried parsley for color. It was so moist, so tender, and so fast! I made mine on top of a wire rack on a cookie sheet, and then flipped them for the last 5 minutes so that it would be crispy all the way around. Delicious! I can't wait to try it with Kraft Dijonaise instead of mayo for a little less fat and more flavor. *edit* I think it's a MUST to cook this on a wire rack and flip at the end....we didn't do this the second time I made it and it was a soggy mess on the bottom.

my husband really liked this recipe, i thought it was good but not as good as i had hoped. i did substitute most things though: miracle whip for mayo (personal preference), shredded cheese instead of grated (none on hand), crushed croƻtons instead of bread crumbs (none on hand). overall it was pretty moist and tender, and the crouton breading came out just as good as breadcrumbs. next time i'll try italian dressing as a marinade for more of a kick.

Really great! Fast and easy too!! Chicken is SOOOO moist and crispy on the outside. I used Italian style breadcrumbs and all the seasonings listed and it was perfect. Great with potatoes! Will be making again!

I was skeptical of this recipe thinking I would be tasting mayo which I don't particularly care for but I was wrong. This chicken is tasty and moist and so easy to prepare! A little messy but breading things usually are that way. Loved it and thank you!

Used cornbread stuffing instead and half sour cream / half mayo instead simply because I didn't have the ingredients, and it turned out delicious!

Well after reading all the ratings, I made this my own way. I marinated chicken breasts in italian dressing for 1 hours, then I coated them with bread crumbs (half italian crumbs and half panko). Then I drizzled italian dressing and butter and baked. It was awesome, loved it! I will definitely make again and again.

Best chicken dish ever. I did find that using thin cuts of chicken or chicken strips kept the chicken moist. Thick breasts seemed to dry out on me. My family loves it and it's definitely something I've cooked over and over again. Highly recommend!
