Simple and very flavorful. I made them for my boyfriend yesterday and he went out and bought more chicken just so we could make it again today! I used ranch the first time and although they weren't completely covered as the picture shows they were still really good. Today we're going to try to use egg as other people suggested to see if the crumb coating will stick better. Marinating the chicken may make it a bit more interesting as well.

YUM! I made these for the first time tonight, and following the other suggestions, used egg to coat instead of ranch and they were delicious. I'm having trouble not eating them all before dinner!

I used this recipe, using the egg instead of the ranch dressing. I found it to be nothing special. There was a little problem with the coating sticking to the chicken pieces, but I added a little more egg - shook it all in a plastic bag. I prefer using Progresso Italian Breadcrumbs rather than the corn flakes. Sorry, but I would not recommend this recipe.

I loved this! I didn't make nuggets but cut a chicken breast into 3 parts. I used egg instead of ranch (not a big fan). Delicious! Next time I'm gonna add extra parm. cheese!

A good start...I spiced mine up a little by marinating the chicken in hot sauce. ( I suppose you could do the same with the dressing.) The egg is a must though to get the coating to adhere to the chicken.

My family loved this recipe. They want me to make this recipe every time I make chicken nuggets. The only change I made in this recipe was I cut the parmesan cheese to 1/4 of a cup I felt 1/2 would be too much and it was good with less.

After reading other reviews, I omitted both the ranch dressing and cheese. The end result was a flavorless nugget.

My mom tried this recipe for my nephew who is autistic and a picky eater. We've been trying to feed him the celiac diet after hearing that some autistic kids begin progressing more on that diet. We couldn't find any protein he would eat and he used to LOVE breaded chicken nuggets. We found this recipe, but ended up tweaking it a little. We were worried that it would be too flavorful for him (he does better without a ton of different flavors), so she used egg instead of the ranch dressing and omitted the parmesan cheese. HE LOVED THEM. My mom said that would even be good for an adult who is celiac (we have some of those, too). Thank you!! Delicious!!

i would omit the cheese or rename these "cheesy tender chicken nuggets". the cheese overpowered the nuggets so i used them in spaghetti sauce as a kind of chicken parmesan nugget thing. i was hoping for chicken nuggets to replace the toxic ones at McDonald's but this wasn't it. not bad in sauce, though!

This was a BIG hit! My daughter rarely eats meat but she finished all of her chicken before she ate her veggies! Thats a first around here. Thanks for the great recipe!

This recipe tasted good but the breading didn't stick to the chicken very well. I'd rather just buy chicken nuggets at the store. If I try that idea with eggs instead of ranch, I'll update this...

The first time I tried this recipe, I followed the directions exactly and found that the ranch dressing didn't help the cornflakes adhere to the chicken very well. The second time, I used a beaten egg instead of ranch dressing. The flakes adhered better and there wasn't any noticeable loss of flavor.
