These were sooo good! I had my daughter crack an egg and stir it up while I mixed some panko bread crumbs and parm. cheese that I seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper, and parsley. My daughter used tongs to dip the chunks in eggs then I rolled them in the panko. Baked in the oven at 400 for maybe 15 - 18 min. Very good. My 19 month old loved them and my very picky 4 year old ate them, it helped that she helped make them! Will make chicken nuggets this way from now on! Thanks

These truly turned out great and we ate them all up! I did use more parmesan than the recipe called for just because I realized I'd gotten carried away with my grating and threw it all in. The only other change was I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs so I had to season them up on my own. We served it with ketchup and ranch dressing but I also made the following recipe of Hot Mustard Pretzel Dip... spicy and delicious!

Not bad but needs a bit of tweaking. I added a pinch of Italian herb blend, a little salt, and also some garlic powder to the crumb mixture. I wish the coating had gone on a bit thicker, and also that the nuggets had crisped up more. A few of my chunks were a bit thick, so I baked the chicken for about 30 mins just to be on the safe side. These definitely need a dipping sauce of some kind - next time I'll whip up some honey mustard or something. Thanks!

These nuggets were sooo easy to make and EAT!! My grandson had late nite munchies and made these. They are wonderful and would highly recommend them. Did cook them 5 minutes longer and they had a slitely crunchy texture. Will be making these alot!!

These were good, I followed others advice and cooked them on a rack so they would brown up on all sides. They could use a bit more flavor, I think I will add some crushed cheddar frenches fried onions next time.

They are tender - not crunchy nuggets, as it says!! I cooked 20-25mins as well. Added a little lemon pepper for additional flavor. Was quick, easy and our 4 year old loved it! Will make again!

This is a very good and healthy recipe. I did use a whole egg rather than just the egg white. I also added from my garden some fresh tarragon and italian parsley which I felt gave it more flavor. Do bake them for 20-25 minutes as other users have suggested, they still turn out tender and juicy! Will make this again and again.

I love this type of recipe -- just three ingredients and great! Only change I made was using the whole egg, rather than separating the white! Came out delicious and very dippable!

We all loved these! mine turned out crispy, i sprayed them with a little cook spray on top right before putting them in the oven. this is so easy and really good. give it a try. i would say to make sure you dry off the chicken tenders (i used these) or breast with paper towles, this may be why some of the reviews say the texture was off. just dry off your chicken before coating it with the egg. bama girl

These were good but pretty basic. I added garlic powder to add a bit of flavor. Also increased the heat and added a bit of time to crisp them up. I sprayed the tops with cooking spray as well. As I said, these were good but basic!

a good, easy recipe. I think the temp needs to be a bit higher and they need to be cooked a bit longer--they weren't crispy enough for my taste the way it's written.

Family really enjoyed these, in various dipping sauces (barbeque, ranch, ketchup.) Will make again. My husband and I took the leftovers for lunch the next day and cut up the chicken on lettuce salads.

I thought these were wonderful! I used Italian bread crumbs and just eyeballed the amounts for the crumbs and the cheese. I also baked a bit longer, 20-25 minutes as some of the nuggets were thicker than others. Served with lite ranch dressing.

This is a very simple dish to make. I made it exactly the way stated but I didn't care for the texture of the nuggets coming out of the oven. There wasn't any crunch to them. I served them from the oven to my young granddaughter but for myself and rest of family I heated up a tiny bit of oil in frying pan and just crisped them up a bit. Dipped them in bbq, ranch and honey mustard dressing. Will make these again. ty
