This was great! I used 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts and 1.5 lbs thighs, jack daniels bbq sauce, diet coke (all I had), 1/2 lemon juice, added a jar of chili sauce, a dash of worsh. sauce, lots of garlic, and some italian seasoning. I cooked it on low for 9 hrs and left the lid open for the last 2 hrs to let it thicken up. The chicken completely fell apart and I served on buns like a sloppy joe. I will definitely be making this again!
UPDATE 12/14/08: Made this agin and this time used only chicken thighs, chopped the onion and added a few dashes of habanero hot sauce. Even better!
