Very good. Like a moist sugar cookie. Instead of just dropping the cookies I liked them better when I rolled them into a ball and kind of pressed them down a bit. Easy recipe too! Will make again and again.

I cooked these thinking I could have a nice cookie with a pot of tea. The dough was awesome and the cookie turned out delicious!!!
