Great Idea and Recipe! A simple and filling, basic kind of food eating; the type I love the most. I was forced to use leftover mashed potatoes (milk and butter included) and smashed cheerios instead of corn flakes. Because of the milk and butter (I assume), I had to cook it for five extra min. However, when the timer went off they disappeared in about the same amount. I still have ham and potatoes, so for tonight, I'll be experimented with more cheese and maybe some steamed veggies, or something.

This was inedible. I don't often say that, but it really was. I made it just like the recipe was written and the balls flattened and the cornflakes were just wrong. This was a waste of time and ingredients.

What a great way to use leftover potatoes and produce a great snack as well. I took a few of these to work for some of the girls and had to promise to let them have the recipe. I did not have Corn Flakes so I used Special K (not regular K, lol) and they ended up with a nice light crispy texture. Next batch I will add additional spices or may try ground chicken. Thanks for the marvellous recipe.
