This was awesome. I love making bread but this by far exceeds many of the recipes that I have made. The bread was so soft- my kids ate it right up- thanks!

Very tasty out of the oven and toasted. I felt like it got a little dry pretty quickly if not toasted, but overall it was delicious.

This bread turned out great and the dough was so easy to work with. I made the Pepperoni Bread recipe using this instead of frozen white bread dough, which is more expensive and harder to work with. This dough was soft, pliable, and didn't stick at all. It baked evenly and went well with the pepperoni and cheese filling.

This bread is absolutely delicious right out of the oven. However, once cooled, I found it to be a little too heavy. I'm not sure if I'm missing a critical step or if it's just that way. For now, I will keep looking for a recipe that suits my family better.

I've made bread a few things completely by hand (no mixer, no bread machine). Most of time, it's turned out moist but crumbly...but not this time! Thanks for this great recipe. It'll be my standard. Also, made one loaf of this as cinnamon bread...OMG! I can't stop eating it!

and tasty it is...i did it in my bread machine tho and it turned out GREAT...also i added one cup of multigrain flour in place of regular white...another fave yet again...and i like it coz there is no oil or such in it!...thanks for the recipe...

Very, very good bread! Crispy outside and super soft inside! I've never made bread before, and this was so easy! I've made it three times now, and use it for everything from toast with honey butter to sandwiches! So good!

SUCH a great recipe, and soooo easy, but may need to be baked for a few more minutes than the recipe states (as was the case with my oven). A good way to get non-bakers involved in the kitchen.
