This was pretty good. However the chicken is very bland. So, I tried it again and this time cubed the chicken, cooked it, and then cooked it again with the sauce. Then I served it over rice. It was much much better this way and had loads more flavor.

This was very good. I did sauté fresh garlic with the onion and added more salt. But my family loved it.
