I loved the asian flavor on these. My DH prefers the southern style simmered with bacon and onion, so he really didn't care for this dish. I could have eaten double my portion though. Thanks for a nice side dish!

Excellent flavor, but way too salty (and I like salty). Will try again with low sodium soy sauce.

These got rave reviews from my dinner guests. I did cut the amount of butter in half and used veggie broth instead of beef bouillon/water. They still tasted fantastic. The sauce was very runny at the end, so I would recommend cornstarch. But I made this with mashed potatoes so just used the extra sauce as a gravy. Can't wait to make these again!

These are the bomb! My husband even had seconds and doesn't eat much that is "green." Even better left over the next day.

These were good. I made them just as written, and I think there was too much soy sauce. I will make them again, but with less soy sauce. The garlic was a nice touch!
