They are more like sixty-minute buns, but for tasty yeast dough, that is pretty quick. Thank the fast-rising yeast while you use this recipe to make hamburger or hot dog buns -or perhaps tonight calls for dinner rolls?

My Mom used to make these hamburger buns all the time. They are so easy to make, light and fluffy as well as beautiful to look at. I get raves whenever I make them. Try using them for sandwich rolls too - delicious!

These rolls have a nice flavor...folks usually don't guess that carrots are one of the ingredients. My family really likes them; see if yours will, too!

I'm an avid bread baker and was thrilled to find this recipe. It makes delectably different rolls that are a hit wherever I take them. The onion and mustard flavors go so well with ham or hamburgers and are special enough to serve alongside an elaborate main dish. -Melodie Shumaker, Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania

An Easter tradition, these lightly sweetened cinnamon yeast buns feature tender little currants strewn throughout. An egg yolk wash gives these buns a browned, glossy finish, making a canvas for the namesake cross, a painting of milk and sugar icing.

Baking mix takes a little of the leg work out of these cinnamon rolls that are made from scratch, giving you more time to enjoy eating them.
