This is another recipe I have been making for years. But where are the spices? So bland as posted! Add some cumin and chili powder or whatever spices you want and bump it up some. I skip the olives and would only use the cheddar as a garnish. The cream cheese does the work in this recipe. Use Tostitos Scoops or baked flour chips. A guilt free dip that is VERY popular with everyone you'll make it for. Be ready because people WILL ask you for this recipe!

This was delish. It's hard to believe it isn't all fat. It's relatively healthy compared to other dip appetizers. This is going in the recipe box!

This was an excellent recipe that and you couldn't taste the low fat ingredients at all! Most people were very suprised to learn this dip waas low in calories and fat! The only modifacation that was made, was I used ONLY the onion, thinking that with the added chili peppers. Then again, my husband and I aren't big fans of spicy foods, so I think any spice lover would enjoy both ingredients. Also, to cut the calories even more, I used vegetarian chili, which I thought improved the flavor! Thank you for sharing this recipe with me!
