I love chicken salad for a quick meal and this was a really good variation. I would have liked the tarragon flavor to be more prominent; however I didn't have fresh so maybe that made the difference. Instead of celery I added a chopped Granny Smith apple and a few dried cranberries.

This is the basis for a good chicken salad, but it needs so much more. I eliminated the celery and instead added chopped fresh dill, diced green onions, halved red grapes, chopped walnuts and salt and pepper. Absolutely delicous!

Makes an excellent sandwich filling too! Didn't have enough fresh tarragon, so I added dry tarragon to the mix and it's just wonderful and so easy to make.

God I love simple recipes! I made this out of some left over chicken I roasted. I didn't use fresh tarragon, 'cause I didn't have none. It was great.

This was really very good! I will make it again. I have bought a share in a CSA farm, so I know I'll be getting more tarragon, and I didn't know how I'd use it before I found this recipe. Thank you! I didn't use the same measurements, since I made this only for myself using 1 chicken breast and estimated the measuresments, but I used the same ingredients. Great combination of flavors! I added a few bits of fresh chopped chives, too. Thank you for this recipe!
