Pretend your making a batch of chocolate chip cookies, but with a bit more butter. Pour into a pie shell instead of plopping onto a cookie sheet, and you 've got this irresistibly sweet pie. Top with caramel and vanilla ice cream.

This is a simple, yet delicious recipe to make without the syrup that most pecan pie recipes call for. It's more like a custard pie with pecans.

Rich, dense, sweet and chocolaty, this pie has it all, and is a snap to whip up. All the ingredients for the filling go into one bowl: eggs, butter, sugar, flour, semisweet chocolate and pecans. Then simply stir it up, pour it into the crust, and bake it.

Blender Pie

No one will suspect the lemon and lime soda, baking mix and powdered milk. What they 'll taste is a yummy, creamy coconut pie with a hint of citrus. And it all simply mixes in the blender, and it makes its own crust.
