This was good; the meat was a bit bland and i would add more garlic powder, onions and pepper next time I make it. I used peach preserves instead of pineapple and the sauce was very good.

this is wonderful as is. the only thing i don't do is the pineapple sauce over the top as i generally don't have the preserves on hand, but would definately love to try it that way. i generally just use the ketchup/mustard/brown sugar glaze and it still tastes awesome.

Love, love, love this recipe! I make it with ground turkey and it's just as delicious. We usually never have leftovers - no matter how much I make! Thanks for a great twist on a classic.

Very good! I used an 8 oz can of crushed pineapple and combined it with the ketchup & brown sugar in a food processor. I also added a medium sauteed shallot to the meat mixture.

The meatloaf itself had very little flavor ( I used 93% lean beef so that was probably part of the problem). The sauce was ok but kind of reminded me of something that I would have made in a home ec class. It was too sweet and sticky.

My husband loves the sauce this recipe makes. I do tweek the meatloaf a bit to our liking. I prefer to use bread soaked in milk for added moistnes. Thanks for the recipe.

DEE-LISH! Trick I read somewhere: put meat on top of a couple of pieces of bread, to sop up fat as it cooks. The pineapple preserves really added a wonderful flavor. Not too sweet! Great sandwiches later!

This was delicious as is!! It was probably the best meatloaf I've had. Use the pineapple preserves. The reason it was so sweet for most people was the apricot. Much sweeter. Ours wasn't too sweet, though. It was perfect. I got the preserves from windixie. most grocery stores actually carry it if you look hard enough.

I used canned chopped pineapple in a pinch and it was an absolute home run!!!!! Great meatloaf. I used oats to substitute for the crackers and egg substitute for the eggs and it came out perfect. It is healthier that way, and we have food allergies to contend with. Thanks for the great recipe.

I really liked this recipe. The only change I made was to use ground pork instead of beef. The flavors went well together.

I have decided to start reviewing the recipes I use, because I should give input. I have made this meatloaf three times with no leftovers. I really enjoy it, and the only difference I make is that I use crushed pineapple and mixin some onion aswell in the sauce, using a food processor. thanks!

After making this a dozen times I am finally taking the time to rate this recipe. My family absolutely loves this meatloaf. My husband of 20+ years refused to eat meatloaf ever until I made this recipe he loves it too. I usually use apricot preserves instead of pineapple. Thanks so much for this one. I make it at least once a month.

I added one shredded carrot. Doubled the topping. Didn't have bread crumbs so used 4 slices bread, dried and torn in pieces. Also used steak sauce and 3 cloves minced garlic instead of worsterchire.

Oh my goodness! I followed the recipe exactly (I did make a little extra sauce for dipping) and it was WONDERFUL! I was never a big meatloaf fan but this is too good not to eat! Plus, it is so simple and in expensive!

Easy , delicious and the kids even liked it. I made a few adjustments, I added some chopped red pepper, and some liquid smoke but i do not think i would do that again i found the tast over powering.
