Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound small whole shrimp, cooked
  • 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 2 heads Tanimura and Antle Sweet Gem™ Gourmet Lettuce
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Remove outer leaves from Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce, and set aside. Chop Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce hearts.
  2. Mix shrimp together with imitation crabmeat, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, celery seed, red onion and chopped Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce hearts. Season with pepper to taste and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Serve the seafood cocktail in Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce leaves as an appetizer or luncheon salad.
