Original Recipe Yield 4 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 green onion, chopped
  • dried dill weed to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (12.5 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, lime juice, green onion, dill weed, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Mix in the tuna and olive oil. Cover and chill in the refrigerator approximately 25 minutes.
