I really liked these peas cooked this way. I thought the sauce was excellent. it was easy to throw together and went really well with a polynesian inspired main dish. We did cook it in the microwave for an easy preparation and easy clean up. Even my husband who tends to think anything cooked in the microwave is "gross" thought this was tasty.

I found this recipe to be wonderful. We really liked the sweet and sour combination. I have used it several times with great results.

I really thought this would be good. I love a tangy taste - and I love my sugar snap peas. Unfortunately, this was NOT "two great tastes that taste good together"! The sweet and sour taste just didn't complement the peas. And the leftovers would seem to suggest that my dinner guests agreed with me.

This was OK, but has promise. I was dissapointed in the color of the dish after microwaving. Peas were not a real bright green and onions looked pale. I think I'd try sauteing the onions in olive oil, blanching the peas real quick then adding to the sauteed onions and coating with the sauce. Worth the try.

These were wonderful! I didn't cook them in the microwave, though. I sauteed them in butter and then added the rest of the ingredients. Yummy!

Nothing to get too excited over. It was okay though. I expected it to taste more like a tasty glaze than mush. My wife agrees.

These peas were delicious and super easy. The microwave preparation cooked them perfectly and made life easier when paying attention to multiple sides on the stovetop. I was afraid these would be too sweet but the apple cider vinegar really got into the peas and gave them just a bit of tart flavor that was really delicious. This recipe is definitely a keeper and a great way to use fresh sugar snap peas.

I tried this recipe tonight starting with frozen peas. The peas are *okay* with this sauce on them, but really much better just steamed. I felt like I wasted a bag of sugar snap peas! Wont make this again.
