I followed the marinade recipes exactly, poked holes in the pork loin with a fork and let it sit overnight in the fridge. I was cooking a large amount of meat, so i cooked it in the pven instead on 350 until tender (3 hours?). I did throw in some carrots and cut up yukon gold potatoes. I served this at a family gathering and had to give out several copies of the recipe. The meat was tender, juicy and sligtly sweet. I will definately make this again.
