As another reviewer stated do not forget the sauce it makes a difference. This was a little to sweet for my taste. I think I would add more chili powder and maybe marinate overnight.

I thought this was a great recipe. My two grandchildren LOVED it and the 10 year old even commented on how good it was. I cooked it in the over at 400 for about 40 minutes, turning every 10 and basting with the left over marinade (after I boiled it). It developed a little crispy crust that was delicious. Next time I might add a little more chili powder but it was delicious as is. I will definitely make again and will try it on the grill. The only bad thing about cooking in the oven was the marinade dripped onto the pan (I had the tenderlons on a rack) and burned creating a little smoke in the kitchen.

Yes, no one WOULD guess there are 4 ingredients... they would be shocked to know there's anything more than dijon mustard! Sorry, but no one enjoyed these at all.

Positively yummy. I have made this several times, once substituted 1/3 cup molasses for the honey and it was still very good.

This was an easy and great meal. The meat was extremely tender. When we first sat down to eat, I had forgotten to put the sauce out, the meat was about a 2 then. When I remembered the sauce, everyone gave the meat a 4 star rating. So do not forget the sauce! I fixed CC's Sugar Snap Peas, and Janet Vick's French Bread topped with Gina Squires' Cheesy Garlic Bread topping for an absolutely marvelous dinner. These are all AR recipes. Thank you, Christopher, for a great recipe! We will be having this one again, for sure!!
