Directions

  1. Mix ketchup, apple juice, olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, hot sauce, and kosher salt together in a bowl; pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops to the marinade and seal bag. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Remove pork chops from marinade and place on the hot grill; discard used marinade. Cook until pork chops are no longer pink in the center, 5 to 10 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (65 degrees C).

These pork chops are sweet with a hint of apple. Great for the fall!

I didn't have time to marinade, so I just pan seared the pork chops with salt and pepper, then poured the marinade on them like a sauce, so delicious !! Also I was out of apple juice so I substituted half lemon juice and half orange juice.

It was delicious as a marinade. I let the marinade sit for 45 minutes and baked the pork chops at 400 deg for 15 min instead. They were juicy and tender, and delicious.
