Great meatloaf...! I liked it as is, but the next time I made it I tweaked it a little. I omitted the horseradish but added cajun seasoning, garlic, green and yellow peppers and used oats instead of breat crumbs. Awesome. Yours is a family favorite now. My version is great for me, but a little too spicy for the rest of the family. I have to make two loaf's, one for me and one for everyone else...! More for me then! Thanks for the great recipe.

My family liked this - they did think it was a little too sweet though. I made it with ground chicken, and used oatmeal instead of the bread crumbs. I will make it again, but use a little more Horseradish to offset the pineapple.

Once this is cooked, you wouldn't notice that horseradish and pineapple are in it if you hadn't made it yourself. It's not as "tangy" as I thought it would be...it pretty much tastes like regular ol' meatloaf with a slight difference. It's good and hearty. Make sure you chop the onions very small. I wish I had made the bread crumbs smaller too. I had to bake it 30 minutes longer because it was still a little pink in the middle. It makes a pretty good size loaf.

This is a great recipe. It was simple, quick, and absolutely delicious. When my husband tried it he said, "now that is what meatloaf is suppose to taste like.". He said it was just like his grandmothers, and my husband is very picky.

Awsome! I did add half a green pepper, 1 lb. ground turkey and 1 lb. lean ground beef to cut calories, but everything else the same! I will make THIS again! Thanks for sharing!
