A new favorite of ours! I used lemon juice and sweetener instead of the lemonade concentrate. Great taste, great recipe!

Very easy to make, Easy clean up, Inexspensive if you already have the spices. At first it tasted OK and I was some what dissapointed. It was definatly lacking something. Very tart a little sweet. Maybe needed something spicy added to it. By the time I got halfway through my piece of chicken I was very annoyed by the flavor and ended up trying to rinse it off my chicken. My boyfriend said it was OK and tasted much better when you cover it with rice pilaf and green beans. I dont think I will be making this again.

My boyfriend and I found this recipe to be very tasty. It was really simple to make which is always a plus. We halved the recipe to feed the two of us - this left half a can of lemonade which we made into the drink. I don't think it is necessary to add cooking spray as the tangy citrus mix provides enough moisture. Will definitely make this again!

This is from the 1999 edition of the cookbook, and boy it's a favorite in our house! We make it at least 1-2 times a month, it's that simple. It is a sweet chicken recipe that we serve with a salad and plenty of crusty bread. We use the leftover juices and dip our bread into it. My picky 5 and 7 year old would eat this everyday if I let them (they prefer this to mac n cheese or chicken nuggets!!!). I usually only use 3-4 chicken breasts. If you are making 8 chicken breasts, then double up on everything else for the pour over marinade. Lastly, I utilize leftover chicken for salads, and it's great! Enjoy this very simple dump and go recipe!
