Loved it. I was reluctant to put all the horseradish but glad I did. Adds a tasty favour. I found the topping to be too much for the amount of pototoes so I cut it in half (& still found it abit much). Once topping was mixed I scooped out potatoes and added to it along with grated cheese and blended together before scooping back into pototoe shells. Put abit of the grated cheese on top and put in toaster oven to warm up/broil before serving. Definately will make this again!
