I added Celery salt, onion powder and pepper. All I had was miracle whip. It was great! I am gonna add cooked chicken to it next time.

I liked it, but wouldn't serve it for company. It was good, but not "wow" good. I will add garlic & onion next time and see if that perks it up.

Brings me back to my childhood. I also got my husband to start liking cauliflower by trying this recipe!

Our favourite recipe. Going to try it on broccoli tonight. The only thing I do different, is I combine all the sauce ingredients separately, microwave them separate and then pour the sauce it makes over the cauliflower. I also added a 1/2 tsp of garlic and onion powder and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of a kick. Definitely one of my favourite recipes on here.

Made it exactly as written. It was okay. Probably will not make it again. I think it would be better if the instructions didn't call for nuking the cauliflower

I thought this was great. The sauce would also be good on roasted cauliflower, which might have a bit more flavor than the nuked cauliflower. I added minced garlic to the mayo mix and it added some zip. You could add other spices that you like - the mayo/mustard sauce is a great starting base. A wonderful way to serve that lonely head of cauliflower that was sitting in my crisper!

I don't understand the negative reviews on this recipe unless the person or persons just don't like Cauliflower and/or mustard. I have made this not being a huge cooked cauliflower fan, but absolutely LOVE this! I plan on making this a side dish for my Christmas dinner this year!

I've actually made this both with and without the cheese, the latter for my dad who can't have milk products. It is great both ways and especially helpful if you have some cauliflower that's leaning toward the questionable in terms of freshness.
