Tangy Barbecued Beef
SUBMITTED BY:
Nancye Thompson
"Families are sure to enjoy these hearty sandwiches sent in by Nancye Thompson of Paducah, Kentucky. Convenient deli roast beef is jazzed up with a flavorful sauce that simmers swiftly on the stovetop."

Just as the recipe says - tangy and good! I've made similar recipes before and think this way of making barbecued beef is so much better than using prepared sauce. I enjoyed my beef as an "open-face" style sandwich on potato bread toast. This sauce recipe would be good with shredded leftover roast, too.
