Directions

  1. Peel the zest off of the tangerines, leaving the yellow pith. Cut the apple into quarters, removing the stem and blossom end. Cut the top off of the carrot. Juice all in a juice machine.

The flavor was good, but this juice was too strong for me. I'd add half a cucumber or some watermelon (with the rind) to dilute it (both add water and nutrients without significantly changing the flavor).
