"I have always loved making hummus for my family (which usually included tahini). When I discovered my son was allergic to soy (which is in most all store-bought tahini) I decided to make my own and it turned out even better than any other store-bought brand! Made as described this recipe is Paleo-diet friendly, SOY FREE, DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE AND GRAIN FREE. Enjoy!" — Ski Mom

Loved it, but it is kind of expensive to make.
Turned out great! I like it better than the store-bought ones.
Great recipe! I tasted my sesame seeds on the stove in a dry pan, this was perfect in my humus!
This was really easy to make and the flavour beat store bought Hands Down! I followed the recipe exactly and it worked out really well - made hummus tastes incredible! Thank you Ski Mom!!
Very easy and satisfying. I need to be a bit more vigilant while the seeds are toasting next time (they got a tad brown). The hummus I made is delicious though!
I wanted to make my own tahini to reduce sodium. This was very easy and it tasted great! I used it to make a low sodium hummus that also turned out great. Thanks!
