Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons egg white
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) package firm tofu, cubed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the tahini, wheat flour, garlic, egg white, soy sauce, and water in a large bowl. Toss in the tofu, and mix so the tofu is coated. Arrange tofu in prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.
