Very good! My entire family enjoyed. I substituted salsa for taco sauce and used 6 oz cream cheese. I added garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, pepper, & oregano to add some flavor. I put the beef mixture into a baggie and piped it into the shells-very easy. Watch the cooking time-at 30 minutes my shells were getting a little crispy. Great recipe!

A bit bland for our family. We never do Mexican without garlic and oregano.

This was really good. I used 8 oz. of cream cheese and I think that made a difference (in a good way). I also used a packet of taco seasoning instead of the chili powder. Something about it was a little bitter and I'm wondering if it was the taco sauce? Could be the taco seasoning too...that's what I get for trying to doctor a recipe that probably didn't need to be doctored! :) Next time I might try using enchilada sauce. My fiance loved it so I will make it again.

Even though I'm vegetarian, I decided to make this for my carnivorous boyfriend and his friends. I put extra taco sauce on the bottom of the baking dish and used doubled the amount of sauce reccomended. They all ranted and raved about how good it was. They also liked the presentation of it with sour cream, tomatoes, and cilantro on top! Will make again.

I think the recipe was suppose to say 8oz package of cream cheese, not 3oz. I added the whole 8oz package of cream cheese and a package of taco seasonings instead of chili powder and this came out quite nice.

My husband and I both loved this - very quick and easy for a weekday meal. I used taco seasoning instead of the chili powder and chunky salsa instead of the taco sauce - we don't like cilantro so I omitted that too. Topped with sour cream, black olives, and cheese - very tasty!

Very good! I did make some changes based on other reviewers...I put in almost the entire 8oz bar of cream cheese, used a pack of taco seasoning instead of the dry spices, put enchilada sauce on the bottom of the pan and on top and did not use the tortilla chips. They turned out just delicious with the melted cheese on top and sour cream! These will be great to serve at my annual Halloween party!

My husband and I really enjoyed these! I made them with 1 bag of Soy Crumbles instead of beef and seasoned with Taco seasoning instead of the chili and salt. The mixture wasn't enough to fill all of the stuffed shells, so we did have some leftover pasta. I found the crushed tortilla chips to be unnecessary.

These were good. Different way to make stuffed shells. I'll definitely make them again. I did use 1/2 a packet of "Ortega" taco seasoning instead of the chili powder. Thanks for the recipe!

I liked the idea of this, but just wasn't overly impressed after making them. I followed the recipe exactly, but mine came out slightly bland and somewhat dry. If I make again, I'll be changing up the recipe to incorporate more flavor and more creaminess.

This receipe as is has no flavor to it. It was very bland. I ended up adding a package of taco seasoning to the meat and then some cheese too to help keep the filling together. After the changes it was pretty good.

We enjoyed this. I replaced the taco sauce with two jars of Newman's mild salsa. The crunch of the tortilla chips is essential.
