Lightly sauteed ground pork is simmered with grated red potatoes and spooned into taco shells for a pleasing alternative to ground beef. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, and add a dollop of salsa to tickle your taste buds.

This recipe is quick and easy - good for those nights you don't have a lot of time to prepare dinner. Chicken breast is simmered in a lemon-lime marinade, then served with taco fixin's so that everyone can make their own soft taco.

A yummy twist to an old favorite. The frybread makes the difference. It's a popular request at my house. I do up everything but the frybread in advance, and just heat up before serving. Leftover frybread can be used as dessert - coat it with cinnamon and sugar, and drizzle with honey.

This is an extremely hearty and satisfying soup. The hind shank flavors the broth beautifully as does the marrow in the bones.
