Way too simplistic. There's nothing to this! Where's the vegetables?? At the *least* it needs some lettuce, and for to be truly decent it needs several things such as mushrooms, scallions and/or onions, tomatoes, etc.

Why reserve this for a party when it makes a perfectly decent and QUICK lunch option? :) This was great to eat before running some Saturday errands... I added some finely diced red onion, tomato, and shredded lettuce since we had it around to use up. I'm sure this would be a hit at parties, showers, etc. too!

These were great! It was my first time to make any sort of wrap, so I loved how professional they looked when I was done. I used 4 10-inch tortillas instead of 6 8-inch ones as the recipe calls for, and then cut the wraps in half to make 8. I also made twice the amount of the sour cream/taco seasoning mix (I like lots of sauce). As another reviewer suggested, I also added shredded lettuce for some color and crunch. Thanks for the great recipe! My fiance loved it and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day. :)

Great easy recipe for a quick lunch. The sour cream and taco mix is a nice "dressing" to go with the turkey to spice it up a bit. I suggest using multi grain tortillas for another nice taste that goes really well together!

We tried adding 1/2 cup cheese to sour cream and taco seasoning and it made the most awesome dip for tortilla chips. My kids are very excited about using these roll-ups for school lunch with some spinach leaves added.

This is a great recipe for a summer picnic. It was a big hit. I also added tomato and lettuce to give it a more of a taco taste.

These are excellent! The only change I made was to mix the salsa in with the sour cream. YUM!

Today was just too nice of a day to lock myself up in the kitchen so I shuffled through some of my bookmarked recipes that I have been wanting to try and came up with this one!!! Came together in no time and was quite pleasing! I used light sour cream for the sauce and added a couple dashes of cayenne to it along with the taco seasonings. We like heat! Also, to make this a little more substantial and add more nutrients, I added some shredded Romaine lettuce, shredded carrot and 2 broken up olives to each wrap. Doubling the recipe provided enough to make 2 wraps for each member of my family and everyone cleaned their plates! Served with light Caesar salad, fresh strawberries & kiwi fruit! Yum!
