Y'know, all those folks that claimed it was too garlicky or too peppery or too something or, of all things, bland, must be using old, stale spices. Or maybe they can't taste things without sugar, maltodextrin, SAND, monosodium glutamate, or malic acid. I really do not like the taste of chemicals. I don't want FLOUR of any sort in my seasoning mix, either.
This was a great blend and it is fun to tweak it. I like to substitute jalapeno powder or cayenne pepper for the paprika. I can do it salt-free for Mom, too.
