Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust
(at least 80%) lean ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package
Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (4 ounce) can
Old El Paso® chopped green chiles, drained
sliced ripe olives, drained
shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 1/2 cups
seeded, chopped tomato
Crushed corn chips, if desired
Old El Paso® Salsa, if desired
My son and I tried this and thought it was amazing. Instead of pizza sauce I used refried beans and sour cream with taco meat and a mix of cheese. I used taco mix of cheese. I topped it with lettuce and sour cream. My son also put salsa on his. He loved it!! It also tasted great reheated.
This was great. Even better than our local pizza place. It made a larget pizza which fed our family of 5 including my sixteen year old son.
This was a good pizza but it could use some sort of sauce.
