It wasn't all that great, but it wasn't bad. I think the cres. rolls are to much and got a bit soggy. I tried it again today and crushed tortilla chips and pressed them into the dough. Now that added a bit of a crunch my family liked! Also, left the sour cream out until afterwards. I don't like half melted sour cream, so for me blobbing it on afterwards was better. Also, mixed corn in the meat with a little tex-mex spices and it was very good according to the family! Will make again with other variations I have seen on here!

The crust was really good. Baked it in a 9/13 pan. Mixed in a can of refried beans and green chilis with the hamburger as well. The family loved it.

Thanks for sharing this quick and easy recipe. My family loved it! I left out the sour cream like other readers and it still tasted great.

The only thing I did different was make a single layer of the crescent roll in a 9x13 casserole dish. It was a HUGE hit!!!! Next tme I may even add corn and some rach style beans.

Rather than using a pre-baked crust for this I lined the pie tine with a large flour tortilla. Worked perfectly for this dish. Nice easy dish to make. Not particularly impressive but everyone liked it as a meal to make when you need something fast and simple.

The kids like this one, I wasn't too impressed. It lacked flavor. Probably would have been better if I had added more seasonings and veggies.

Just made this for dinner tonight! It was awesome! I did add a layer of refried beans on top of the taco seasoned meat. It was very good! Better than I expected it to be.

Awesome recipe, very easy to put together and delicious to eat. I will use less chips next time and may add salsa into the recipe. We added afterward this time and it was delicious!

This was pretty good. My son thought it had too much sour cream and I had used only 3/4 of what it called for. So I guess I would cut down on that next time. Depends on how much you like sour cream. Overall it was good, quick & easy.

very easy dish, and very tasty. I only used about 1/4 of the bag of chips, and I felt like it was plenty.

This is way too salty, and the crescent rolls taste very out of place with the rest of the flavors.
