This is really good. Hubby loved it and gave me the go-ahead to make it again. Thanks a lot!

Add a little salsa, and serve with fresh diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Similar to recipe that Heather made.

I'm giving this four stars because my daughter thought it was really good. I put sour cream on the half that my husband and I ate and left the sour cream off the other half for my daughter. I thought it was heavy and not very tasty. My husband thought it tasted OK. I probably won't make this again, but I thank you for a quick and easy dinner.

This became one of my families favorites in an instant! I ended up using a round glass casserole dish as I didn't have a square pan and it turned out great. It was a bit hard to lay the rolls out but I managed to make it look neat and clean. I made this exactly as the directions state except I didn't use all of the tortilla chips and added a side of yellow rice. It looked suprisingly beautiful (as the dish was clear) and was a hearty, satisfying meal. It was easy to make and cost me about $10 to feed 6 people and have leftovers - a major plus in my book! This IS a basic recipe, but a GREAT basic recipe - as well as one you can add to as you wish. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

I thought the flavors were good in this recipe, however this is a very heavy recipe.

I did not like the flavor of this the night I made it, it was very bland. Over the next couple of days we had it several times, very very good after it sits in the fridge.

Everyone loved this recipe! I doubled it and put it into a 13x9 pan, used 1lb of ground sirloin and 1lb of chirizo. I also added some cheese dip on the bottom of pie and used shredded monteray jack cheese and torn pieces of chedder cheese (it covered better once melted). I would definitely make this again.

My girls (age 5 & 7) said this was the best ever and went back for seconds. My husband and I liked it alot too - this will go into regular rotation for us. I left off the sour cream, and I only put about a 3rd of a bag of crushed chips on top. I baked it in a 11x9 casserole dish. The only thing that keeps from from 5 stars on this is that it is really fattening (but then that's what makes things so good, right?)

Loved It!! I made my bean dip to add to the mix(my kids like to add it to their tacos). The dip consists of 1 can refried beans, 4 oz cream chz, dollop sour cream, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese, 1 T chili powder, 1 T cumin, 1 t garlic powder, 1 t onion powder, 1/2 t paprika, dash of salt--Cook until cheeses are melted and mixture is smooth. I spread enough dip on baked crescents until covered. I topped with ground beef, which I added 1/2 c enchilada sauce when cooking, as well as 1 can black beans. I then topped with enough sour cream to cover beef, topped that with fresh grated cheddar cheese, and finished with crushed tortilla chips. To each individual serving, I added chopped onion, and jalapeno's, as well as sour cream, salsa and bean dip. My family raved, asking me to make it again soon. Thanks for sharing!

This was sooo easy to make and it actually tasted really good. Tasted like you were eating a taco. The only changes I made were based off of other reviews. I cooked my cresent rolls for about 9 mins at 375, then covered tehm in refried beans, then the meat, cour cream, cheese, and did one half covered in Doritos and the other in tortilla chips. Everyone liked the doritos side better, although personally, I couldn't tell a big difference! Anyways, very

Sooooooooooo good! I used shredded cheddar instead of Mexican blend and it was wonderful! I actually got this recipe off the Pillsbury website and did that one before I saw this one but its the same recipe. I crushed up tortilla chips before putting the meat mixture on the crust too. I used soy crumbles instead of meat and it was fabulous!

Delicious! I added my sour cream and a bit of salsa zing after I dished it out for the kids. They are picky as could be and they even loved it, although their portions did not have sour cream. It was easy and very good!

The thing I liked about this recipe was how easy it was to prepare. However, I found it very bland and plain and my family did not enjoy it.
