Taco Pie Pizza

This is a quick Mexican-style pizza with refried beans and chili along with a hint of blue cheese dressing. I came up with this recipe after searching through my pantry looking for a quick family friendly meal. My two teenage kids LOVE it!

Taco Potato Pie

I made several of these hearty pies for a branding bee on our cattle ranch. Everybody had to have the recipe. With mashed potatoes, ground beef, beans and fresh vegetables, it's truly a meal in itself.

Quick Crescent Taco Pie

Triangles of crescent roll dough are pressed into a 10-inch pie tin and layered with all the taco fixings. First come the corn chips, followed by the ground meat, sour cream and cheese. Then another layer of corn chips finishes the pie. It 's baked until golden, cut into slices and served with shredded lettuce and slices of avocado.

A pre-baked crust of refrigerated crescent-roll dough is filled with a mixture of browned ground beef and taco seasoning layered with sour cream, shredded cheese, and crushed nacho chips. It is returned to the oven for about 10 minutes.
