Delicious! my family loved it. i added 1/2 cup salsa, and topped with shredded cheese and crushed Doritos. served with sour cream and black olives. definatley a keeper!

this was very easy, very good and a simple dish to have any day of the week. I did find it almost too simple and it reminded me of opening a box of hamburger helper. So this is not a dish I would serve to company but for a great fast meal when short on time I would make it again.

I gave this 4 stars because I'm not sure it will freeze well...if it does, it gets 5! I made a double batch of this because I'm single & freeze my extra meals for later. The taste of this was FANTASTIC, and I used fresh instead of canned mushrooms, which really made it taste fresh. I think next time I'd use diced tomatos mixed with the tomato juice. :-)

Surprisingly good and easy to make! I put shredded Mexican cheese on top and we each added sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole to our plates. Will make this again!

Excellent and easy! I used super lean ground beef, left out the mushrooms, used "Healthy Harvest Whole Grain" noodles, and lite sour cream to make it a wee bit healthier. I sprinkled "mexican blend" shredded cheese on top of the sour cream. It was delicious! Next time I think I'll add some black beans! mmmmm

Wow! How simple and what a hit for dinner last night. I was snooping around your website trying to figure out what to do with a pound of hamburger. I hit the jackpot with this simple recipe. I did omit the mushrooms, but added a small can of corn and a can of black beans. Sprinkled some shredded cheese on top with a spoonful of sour cream on the side. Definitely a keeper recipe.

This was fanastic! I did change it up a bit since my husband is allergic to dairy, mushrooms, and gluten. I replaced the mushrooms with red beans and canned corn and I replaced the egg noodles with gluen free noodles. Since I had to cook the noodles seperate, and I only had V8 on hand, I only used 1 cup of the "tomato juice". The kids (3 & 8) and I topped ours with sour cream and shredded cheese. DELISH! The only complaint was that thebrand of taco seasoning I used wasn't spicy enough! We will definitely make again!
